Returns & Exchanges
We provide a 30-day return and exchange policy for all unused items in their original condition, with tags attached. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer care team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items
All sale items and items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact our customer care team to receive your RMA number.
  2. Securely pack the unused item in its original packaging, including all tags.
  3. Clearly write the provided RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship your return to our warehouse using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow time for your bank to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in preparing your order. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement or refund for you.

Gift Returns
We are happy to accept returns on gifts within 30 days of delivery. A store credit will be issued for the value of the returned item upon its receipt.
