Shipping & Delivery
We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days of receiving them. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes
We currently ship within Australia using Australia Post.
- Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days from dispatch.
- Express Shipping: 2-4 business days from dispatch.
Please note these are delivery time estimates from Australia Post and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may be longer during sale periods, public holidays, or due to unforeseen carrier delays beyond our control.
Shipping Costs
- Free standard shipping on all orders over $100.
- A flat rate of $9.95 for standard shipping on orders under $100.
- Express shipping is available for a flat rate of $15.95.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel’s progress on the Australia Post website.
International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping.
Delivery Issues
We are not responsible for delays in delivery once a package has been dispatched with the shipping carrier. We are also not liable for any missing, lost, or stolen packages after they have been delivered and a delivery confirmation has been provided by the carrier.
If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you have not received it, please first check with your neighbours and your local post office. If you are still unable to locate the parcel, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
